Nina Donker

INVESTMENT ASSOCIATE

Nina is an Investment Associate at CapitalT, where she focuses on sourcing and evaluating early-stage companies in Climate Tech and the Future of Work. She gained operational experience at Crystalytics, a med-tech start-up developing advanced diagnostics for crystal-related diseases and microparticle exposure.

During her studies, Nina was part of De Kleine Consultant, a student consultancy, where she served on the National Board.

Beyond venture, Nina has a background in equestrian sports, having trained and managed competition horses for over a decade. She holds a national talent status from NOC*NSF in dressage and an MSc in Finance & Investments from Rotterdam School of Management.
